Believe it or not, Tantra is MUCH more than a sexual practice. Tantra is an ancient Vedic science based on experiencing ALL human emotions—joy, anger, sexuality, sadness and everything in between. Nothing is considered good or bad—everything is just accepted as a part of us that can be channeled into source energy. I learned SO much about Tantra is in incredible episode with seventh generation Tantra expert and spiritual advisor Chandresh Bhardwaj, who is the author of “Break the Norms: Questioning Everything You Think You Know About God and Truth, Life and Death, Love and Sex” with foreword by His Holiness the Dalai Lama (amazing right?!)
